Cancellation Policy

Membership Policy Welcome to The Concierge Collection. Our memberships are designed to provide priority access, personalized service, and a luxury concierge experience. Memberships are billed automatically once per month using the payment method on file. Membership fees are non-refundable, as they reserve dedicated time and availability exclusively for our members. Members receive priority scheduling based on their selected membership plan. If you need to reschedule a visit, simply notify us as soon as possible. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your appointment based on the next available opening. There are no cancellation or rescheduling fees for membership appointments. Membership services are intended to be used within the current billing cycle. While we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule missed appointments, services do not automatically roll over into future months unless a service credit has been issued by Ms Kee's Concierge Services. If Ms Kee's Concierge Services must reschedule your appointment, we will contact you promptly and offer the next available appointment. If we are unable to provide your service within your current billing cycle due to our availability, a service credit will be applied to your account for future use. Members may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their membership at any time before their next billing date. Any changes will become effective with the following billing cycle. Membership fees already processed are non-refundable.
