Do I need to be home?

Not at all. Many of our clients are at work, traveling, or enjoying their day while we care for their home. You may provide a key, garage code, door code, lockbox, or other secure method of entry. Our goal is to make your experience as convenient and stress-free as possible.

Are you insured?

Yes. Ms Kee's Concierge Services is fully insured, giving you added confidence and peace of mind while we care for your home and personal concierge needs.

Do I provide supplies?

Yes. We arrive fully equipped with professional cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer that we use products or equipment from your home, we're happy to do so. Please note that Ms Kee's Concierge Services is not responsible for issues related to client-provided products or equipment, including malfunction, damage, or ineffective performance.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfers, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, and other secure electronic payment methods. Memberships are billed automatically each month using the payment method on file.

Can I customize a membership?

Absolutely. While our memberships are designed to meet a variety of lifestyles, we understand that every client has unique needs. We'll work with you to create a concierge experience that best fits your household and lifestyle.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

Life happens, and we're happy to work with you. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on our next available appointment. Membership clients are never charged a rescheduling fee.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Memphis, Tennessee, and many surrounding communities. As our company grows, we look forward to expanding our service area throughout the Mid-South.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. We understand that trust is essential when working in your home. All client information, access codes, schedules, personal details, and household information are kept strictly confidential. We respect your privacy and treat every home with the utmost professionalism and discretion.

How do I get started?

Simply request your concierge experience by booking a complimentary Discovery Call or an In-Home Lifestyle Consultation. We'll learn about your needs, answer your questions, and recommend the membership or customized services that best fit your lifestyle.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Membership clients are asked to review and sign our Membership Agreement before services begin. One-time service clients will review and sign our Service Agreement prior to their scheduled appointment.

Will I have the same concierge each visit?

Whenever possible, we strive to provide consistency by assigning the same concierge to your home. If scheduling requires a change, you'll be notified in advance, and every team member will uphold our White Glove Promise™ and service standards.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with my service?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If something doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review your concerns and work toward an appropriate resolution.
